“One of my intentions coming into 30 days of breathwork was to set time in my day to slow down and gain clarity. I find the first few minutes of breathwork is typically me fighting to relax my mind and slow down the thoughts or emotions coming out of my immediate 'to-dos.' During the second long breathwork session with George, I found that focusing on what I'm grateful for after this initial few minutes of cluttered thoughts allows me to relax deeper and become more grounded. In this grounding, I start being able to gain clarity around my larger goals for the week, the month, the year, and really my life in general and then think to myself what I need to do today, tomorrow, this week to get one step closer to achieving those goals.
