Daily Practice: Every day but Tuesday, you’ll breathe on your own for at least 8 minutes.

30 Daily Emails: Every morning, you’ll receive an email with a Breathwork tip and how many minutes to breathe.

Commonly Asked Questions

I’ll be traveling and can’t attend the sessions live. Is it still worth it?

All the sessions are recorded and shared the following day.

This program is designed to be self-guided, so you can fit in the sessions when you have time. Typically, about half of the participants participate in the live sessions and half by watching the recordings. I recommend attending live if possible so you can connect with the group, but you can participate in the way that works for you.

I’ve never done Breathwork, and 30 days seems like a lot. Is this the right offering for me?

This offering is for all levels of experience with Breathwork. If you are new to Breathwork, this program offers a gentle on-ramp to regular practice. If you’d like, you can try a free class on OPEN before signing up.

What can I expect from this experience?

What this is:

  • A supportive online community that encourages exploration of a powerful practice

  • A self-guided, facilitator-supported opportunity

What this ISN’T:

  • 1:1 coaching and support

  • An in-person mentorship group
